Refund and cancellation policy

These are digital goods, so we do not offer refunds once the files have downloaded correctly.

If the download failed or the files are corrupt, ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase by writing to mail2shaid@gmail.com with your order ID.

Orders are delivered instantly, so an order cannot be cancelled after payment. If you paid by mistake or were charged twice, contact us within 7 days and we will refund the extra payment.

Approved refunds are processed through Cashfree to the original payment method in 5-7 working days.
